Refer a Friend Program terms

Aimtell, LLC. (Aimtell, “we”, “us” and terms of similar meaning) makes this offer (each, an “Offer”, and this program, the “Program”) related to referrals to our service. This Offer is subject to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

The Program enables Aimtell customers with an Aimtell account in good standing (the “Customers”) to receive $15 (the “Offer”) by successfully referring others (“Friends”) to use Aimtell. “Friends” are individuals who (i) receive a valid referral invitation under the Program from a Customer; (ii) sign-up for a new Aimtell trial using a referral link issued to that Customer under the Program; and (iii) upgrade their account to become a paying Aimtell customer by the end of their 14 day trial. Each new account invitation referred under the Program (each, a “Referral”) is identified with a referral link unique to the applicable Customer.

Under the Program Aimtell will award credits to paying monthly Customer as follows:

$15 USD will be awarded to the Customer for each successfully referred Friend. The maximum credit a Subscriber can earn under the Program is $2,500 USD annually.

Subscribers will not receive credit for duplicate accounts created by, or on behalf of, or for the benefit of a Friend. Aimtell may determine, in its sole discretion, whether an account is a duplicate created by, or on behalf of, or for the benefit of a Friend, in which case Aimtell reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the Offer.

Only the Subscriber whose Referral is the last used by a Friend will be entitled to the credit related to that Friend.

Subscribers will not receive credit for accounts created by Friends who were Aimtell subscribers at the time of the applicable Referral.

Each Friend must be a living individual acting for themselves or with due legal authority on behalf of a bona fide small business or other organization.

Aimtell reserves the right to disqualify any Customer or Friend from the Program for noncompliance by the Customer and/or Friend with these Terms, or abuse of the Program or non-compliance with the Aimtell Terms of Service.

Aimtell has the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any Customer of Friend is not complying with these Terms or is abusing the Program, or is eligible to receive the credits awarded under the Program.

Aimtell reserves the right to cancel or modify this Offer for any reason at any time in its sole discretion, including but not limited to computer system errors, unintended use, or any fraudulent activity.
